Site purpose; no client relationship
These terms are between you and Polyiota LLC ("Polyiota"). By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the working brief.
The site provides general information about Polyiota's experience, views, and advisory work. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, cybersecurity, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
Using the site, sending an email, submitting a working brief, or booking a conversation does not create a client, fiduciary, confidential, partnership, or employment relationship. An advisory relationship begins only when the parties sign a separate written agreement.
Working-brief submissions
Submit information only if you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit trade secrets, credentials, government identifiers, financial or health data, personal operating data about other people, or information subject to a confidentiality duty.
You keep ownership of your submission. You allow Polyiota to receive, review, store, and use it to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, operate and secure the form, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with law. Polyiota may decline any inquiry and does not guarantee a response, timeline, or engagement.
Content and acceptable use
Unless a page says otherwise, Polyiota or its licensors own the site's design, text, graphics, and marks. You may read, link to, and share reasonable excerpts from public pages for lawful purposes with attribution.
- Do not interfere with the site, endpoint, security controls, or another person's use.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass abuse controls, submit malicious code, impersonate someone, or use the form for spam.
- Do not reproduce substantial site content, remove notices, or imply Polyiota endorses you.
Privacy and third-party services
The privacy policy explains how the site and working brief handle information. The site also uses or links to third-party services. Those services have their own terms and notices, and Polyiota does not control their availability, security, or independent practices.
Disclaimers and liability
The public site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyiota disclaims implied warranties and does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, secure, or suitable for a particular decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyiota and Daniel Hatke are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the public site. These limits do not apply where law does not allow them.
Colorado law, changes, and contact
Colorado law governs these terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Polyiota may update the terms by changing this page and its effective date. A site update does not change a separate signed advisory agreement. Send questions to dh@polyiota.com or Polyiota LLC, 1521 Blake St, Ste 74772, Denver, CO 80202, United States.
