Information collected and why
Polyiota uses this information to evaluate and respond to an inquiry, arrange a conversation, maintain business records, measure and improve the site, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Daniel reviews valid inquiries; the public site does not make autonomous decisions about them.
- Advisory inquiries
- The working brief asks for your name, work email, role, company, company website, optional LinkedIn URL, business context, timing, and agreement to receive email about the inquiry. Polyiota does not ask for sensitive personal details, but these fields can identify a business contact. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or personal operating data.
- Site and security data
- The site and form process technical details such as IP address, request headers, browser and device information, timestamps, a hidden anti-spam field, and Cloudflare Turnstile signals. Polyiota uses them to deliver and secure the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
- Site measurement
- Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-XDEKC7EBC4 records page views, limited funnel events, a cookie-based identifier, session statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information. Polyiota does not intentionally send names, email addresses, company identifiers, submitted URLs, booking identifiers, or working-brief answers to Google Analytics.
Service providers
Polyiota does not sell information. Polyiota does not share working-brief information for third-party marketing. The following providers process information to run the site and inquiry flow:
- Vercel
- Hosts the site and form endpoint and processes traffic, request, and diagnostic data.
- Provides Google Analytics and Google Fonts and receives the site-usage and browser request data needed for those services.
- Cloudflare
- Provides Turnstile bot detection and processes network, browser, and challenge signals. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access form entries.
- Attio
- Stores valid working briefs as Polyiota's business contact, company, inquiry, and note records.
- OneCal
- Runs the booking page offered after a valid brief is saved. OneCal receives the scheduling details you enter there; Polyiota does not pass working-brief answers to the booking link.
Cookies and tracking
Google Analytics uses the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_XDEKC7EBC4 to distinguish visitors and maintain sessions. Google documents a default expiration of up to two years, subject to browser limits and Polyiota's Analytics settings. The site also stores a light or dark theme preference in your browser. Turnstile uses technical signals and may use storage needed for its security check.
Polyiota does not use the site for targeted advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics should not prevent you from reading the site.
Retention and requests
Polyiota retains inquiry records and related communications for as long as required by applicable law and, where no specific period applies, only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate or respond to the inquiry, maintain business and tax records, support an engagement, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, Polyiota deletes or de-identifies it. Deletion is currently manual. Providers retain technical and scheduling data under their service settings and contracts.
To ask what information Polyiota holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or stop future inquiry emails, contact dh@polyiota.com. Polyiota may verify the request and may retain information when law or a legitimate business record requires it.
Safeguards, location, and children
Polyiota uses HTTPS, server-only credentials, form validation, request limits, anti-spam checks, and logs that omit submitted values. No system can guarantee complete security.
Polyiota LLC is organized in Delaware and operates from Colorado. Polyiota currently markets and serves clients only in the United States. Its providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their contracts and applicable transfer terms.
This business advisory site is not directed to children, and Polyiota does not knowingly collect information from a child under 13.
Changes and contact
